For authors
- All accepted papers should be submitted using SVMult.cls class
- The papers are limited to 8 pages
- Final versions of papers must be accompanied by completed and signed copyright transfer forms
- The official language of the Conference is English
- Prior to an abstract or full paper submission an author registration is required
- Regular conference fee covers publication of only one paper
For Authors' convenience template files are given: SVMult.cls. Please, use the template, and the instructions included, to prepare final version of your accepted paper. To ensure the quality of the proceedings book it is essential that authors adhere closely to instructions given
- Use only well-known packages
- The bibliography should be created BibTeX
- Pictures (vector graphics is recommended) should be gray-scaled in EPS and PDF format
- Please consult Section 2.5 in authinst.pdf on details on typesetting mathematical symbols and formulas
- Do not define global commands
- Picture and table labels should contain author registration id, i.e.
\label{idauthor:fig:1} - Bibliography labels should contain author registration id, i.e.
\bibitem{idauthor:monograph} - Manuscripts submitted in a form that is technically unsuitable will be rejected
For review purpose please upload your file only in PDF format. The final version of your paper has to be uploaded as a single file in ZIP format, containing all source TEX files, the final DVI, PS or PDF files and all presented pictures in EPS format.
Poster session guidelines
A Poster Session is a graphic presentation of an author's research. The authors illustrate their findings by displaying graphs, photos, diagrams and a small amount of text on the poster boards. The poster must cover the material as presented in the accepted conference paper.
Each presenter is provided with a A0 size poster board. Suggested poster size is 841mm width by 1189mm height.
Copyright form
In order for your paper to be published in the ICMMI Conference Proceedings Copyright Form must be submitted for each paper. The copyright form should be filled out and signed by the primary author.
An accepted paper will be published in the conference proceedings only if the final version is accompanied by the registration, payment information for at least one of the authors, and submitted completed and signed copyright transfer form.
With submitting a paper to the ICMMI Conference the Author(s) declare that they did not submitted this paper to any other conference or journal, and one of them will attend the conference to present the paper during oral session.

Pragniemy zwrócić uwagę iż poprzednie publikacje konferencyjne ICMMI 2009 oraz ICMMI 2011 wydane w serii AISC indeksowane są w bazie ISI Proceedings Index.
Zgodnie z rozporządzeniem Ministerstwa Nauki i Szkolnictwa wyższego w sprawie kryteriów i trybu przyznawania kategorii naukowej jednostkom naukowym z dnia 13 lipca 2012, publikacja w recenzowanych materiałach z konferencji międzynarodowej, uwzględnionej w Web of Science uzyskuje liczbę punktów odpowiadającą najwyżej punktowanej publikacji w czasopiśmie naukowym krajowym nieposiadającym współczynnika wpływu Impact Factor (IF), wymienionym w wykazie Ministra Nauki i Szkolnictwa Wyższego. Powyższą informację można znaleźć na stronie 32 wyżej wymienionego rozporządzenia.
W części B wykazu czasopism naukowych najwyżej punktowe czasopismo posiada 10 punktów.
Tegoroczne materiały konferencyjne ICMMI 2013 także zostaną przekazane do indeksacji w bazie ISI Proceedings Index. Jednak ostateczna decyzja o tym czy dane materiały zostaną umieszczone w bazie ISI Proceedings Index podejmowana jest każdorazowo przez Thomson Reuters.
